Your options, made clearer

Access to care

Understanding where to go, what your cover includes and what you may need to pay is part of feeling confident about your care.

Mutuelle de Santé & your insurance options

Your cover can help you access care at participating facilities. Acceptance depends on your scheme, the facility and the service you need. Confirm these details before your visit.

Mutuelle de Santé

Community-based health insurance. Ask the facility about eligibility, referral requirements and any contribution you need to pay.

RSSB medical schemes & private insurance

Check that the facility accepts your plan. Your insurer can confirm benefits, authorisation requirements and any fees not covered.

Paying directly

If you don't have cover, or your service isn't covered, ask for the total cost. Sōlea shows consultation fees in RWF; tests and other services may cost extra.

Care that fits your needs

Online consultations for conversations, advice and follow-up from your phone. Confirm whether your plan covers virtual care.

In-person appointments for examinations, screening and other care at a facility. Ask about cover for any tests or procedures separately.

Available visit types depend on the professional and service you choose.

Before your appointment

  • Confirm that the facility accepts your insurance or Mutuelle de Santé.
  • Ask whether your consultation, screening or test is covered.
  • Check if you need a referral or prior authorisation.
  • Ask what identification, insurance details and payment to bring.

Sōlea does not currently process insurance claims or guarantee coverage. Mentioning a scheme does not imply a partnership; the facility and your insurer confirm acceptance and costs.
